Refund and Return Policy

Items ineligible for return:

  • Items you are simply no longer interested in or that don't meet your expectations (unless they don't match the description).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after receipt.

Return process:

  2. Information required: Please provide your order number, a description of the problem with the item, and any relevant photos.
  3. Return approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item if your request falls within the eligible reasons and timeframe.
  4. Return shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. Please keep your receipt for shipping costs.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  6. Lost in transit: If an item is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package is not found, we will issue a full refund for the item.
